Naturally Produced, from Pasture to Pour.

Heavy Hollow Farm is a family-owned creamery in Lancaster, Kentucky, producing fresh, raw A2/A2 Jersey milk and raw milk products with care and integrity.

Our herd of A2/A2 Jersey cows are disease-tested, clean, and grass-fed on organic hay with a small amount of grain at milking. We never use soy, corn, pesticides, antibiotics, or vaccines—just natural, holistic farming that keeps our cows healthy and our milk pure.

A2/A2 for Flavor & Nutrients

Our herd of Jersey Cows produce only A2/A2 milk — known for being easier to digest and naturally rich in cream and nutrients.

Naturally Raised, Holistically Fed

Our Jersey cows graze on pasture and organic hay, with just a touch of grain at milking time. No soy. No corn.

Clean & Tested

We test our milk weekly and never use antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, or vaccines.

Weimaraner dogs

We’ve been raising Weimaraners for over 15 years, focusing on health, temperament, and companionship. All of our Weims are AKC registered and fully health tested. Puppies are raised right here on the farm, where they’re well socialized with other animals, children, loud noises, and visitors—making them confident, well-adjusted companions for life.

Jersey Cows

Our cows are carefully trained to be calm, reliable family milk cows. Each is halter-broke, leads easily, and stands tied. They will stand for milking without feed or a stanchion, and are comfortable with both hand and machine milking. Our goal is to ensure that every new cow and family thrive together, so we remain available as an ongoing resource and support for new cow owners.
